They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical healthcare services, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

The provider is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health clinician.

Under Massachusetts law:

No medical or mental health diagnosis is offered.

No licensed treatment plan is provided.

Services do not replace professional medical or psychological care.

3. Health & Participation Disclosure

Breathwork, movement, and EFT may involve physical exertion, emotional release, or altered states of awareness.

You agree that you have disclosed any relevant medical or mental health conditions prior to participation, including but not limited to:

Respiratory conditions (including asthma)

Neurological conditions (including seizures)

Pregnancy

Severe anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, dissociation, or psychosis

By participating, you affirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

You are voluntarily choosing to participate.

You acknowledge that you may pause, modify, or stop participation at any time, and that listening to your body is encouraged.

5. Assumption of Risk

You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

Emotional discomfort or release

Physical sensations such as dizziness, tingling, or fatigue

Temporary emotional vulnerability

To the fullest extent permitted under Massachusetts law, you agree to assume all risks and release the provider from liability related to participation.

Group settings involve shared participation; confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed.
